They were last manufactured by Liggett Group
The pack read "Picayune Extra Mild Cigarettes" "Pride of New Orleans" - The bottom read "Picayune 20's"

Although it said "Extra Mild" on the pack, they were the strongest cigarette I ever smoked, by far.
