The company, the world's largest cigarette maker, controls 80 percent of the Czech market and posted a profit of 3.2 billion koruna ($82 million) on sales of 12.3 billion koruna ($316 million) in 2000, making it one of the Czech Republic's most profitable companies, with a net margin of 26.2 percent.
