Reynolds American became a public company on July 30, 2004, following a business transaction that combined the nation’s No. 2 and No. 3 tobacco companies, R.J. Lane Limited manufactures several roll-your-own, pipe tobacco and little cigar brands, and distributes Dunhill tobacco products in the United States.

R.J. Reynolds Global Products, Inc. manufactures, sells and distributes American-blend cigarettes and other tobacco products to a variety of customers worldwide.
