New Century Tobacco Group today announced its decision to use reduced ignition propensity paper on all FACT cigarettes. New Century Tobacco Group will continue to use the new "Filligent Filter" and the same high-quality smooth-tasting American-grown Flue-Cured tobacco, but with special paper that lowers the burn rate and air permeability. The use of this reduced ignition propensity paper on FACT cigarettes will become effective immediately in the required states and nationwide by the end of the year.
