The subsidiaries of the Group are Hallmark Tobacco Co Ltd, VST Distribution, Storage and Leasing Co Ltd & Tobacco Diversification Investment Ltd. Cigarettes accounted for 96% of fiscal 2002 revenues; unmanufactured tobacco, 4% and other, nominal.
