Brand Champagne
The European version of Champagne cigarettes were produced in France by S.E.I.T.A., introduced as a filtered king size (85 mm) brand in 1981. They were also made in Austria, Italy, and Japan. S.E.I.T.A. lost a trade mark lawsuit for the name in 1985; as a result, the brand was changed to Campagne.
